🔔 A multitude of new fixed term rates launched

Improvements were made by an array of providers today across both the fixed rate bond and fixed rate ISA best buy tables.

OakNorth Bank launched a variety of terms, all with improved rates, a number of which now feature in our best buy tables. Most eye-catching of these, is the 24 Month Fixed Term Deposit paying 1.66% gross/AER. 

Axis Bank launched a new 2 Year Fixed Term Deposit account paying 1.58% gross/AER. United Trust Bank also launched a new 1 Year Bond paying 1.40% gross/AER, 2 Year Bond paying 1.55% gross/AER and 3 Year Bond paying 1.80% gross/AER. Looking at Fixed Rate ISAsSkipton Building Society now features in both the two and three year tables. The 2 Year Online Fixed Rate Cash ISA pays 1.20% tax free/AER and the 3 Year Online Fixed Rate Cash ISA pays 1.30% tax free/AER. 

Alternatively, for those who do not want to be locked into fixed terms, competitive rates are still available whilst retaining easy access.
