Today it was announced that inflation, as measured by the Consumer Prices Index (CPI), remained unchanged from last month at 0.30%.

Whilst inflation remains low, there are still over 600 savings accounts paying a paltry 0.30% or less, which means that nearly 1 in 5 accounts (18%) are not even beating inflation.
