Account summary
Interest rate reverts to 1.00% AER after the first 12 months. Rate also falls to 1.00% AER if a minimum of £1,000 is not deposited each month during the first year. Interest is only paid on balances up to £1,500. Interest is paid on the first day of each month. New customers can apply online but will be required to bring ID into a Nationwide branch to complete their application process, existing customers may also be required to do this. Existing customers can apply in a branch, online or via a mobile banking app.	Easy Access. The interest rate is paid on up to £85K and tracks the Bank of England base rate minus 0.9%. Kroo Bank Ltd work with One Tree Planted to plant 2 trees for every new customer who opens a Kroo current account. Interest is paid monthly back into your account.	Easy access. Interest is paid monthly. Get 3.25% AER / 3.19% Gross (variable) interest on balances up to £5,000.	A minimum monthly deposit of £2,000 and a minimum of two different direct debits each month are required. If these conditions are not met, a £3 fee will apply and no interest will be paid for that month. 1.50% AER is paid on balances up to £4,000, 3.00% AER is paid on any part of the balance between £4,000 and £5,000. Balances above £5,000 will not receive any interest. Interest is paid by the 2nd working day of each month.	Easy access. A minimum of at least £1,500 must be paid into the account each month and have at least two active Direct Debits to qualify for this interest rate. This account also has a monthly account fee of £5. The interest rate is only paid on balances up to £25,000. Balances above £25,000 will not receive any interest. Interest is paid monthly.
