Skipton Building Society has launched its Bonus Saver account paying 1.50% gross/AER, which includes a 0.50% bonus for the first 12 months. There are branch (which also allows access by post and telephone) and online versions available. Accounts can be opened with a minimum of £1,000 and there are no withdrawal restrictions.
